When I originally made my triptych it felt very cluttered to me. With the animation process I experimented with eliminating objects as well as moving objects. Again, all of the objects represent me. By moving and eliminating objects I felt that reflected how my life changes and transforms. I ended the piece with the flower in the middle of the galaxy as a symbol of regrowth.

ReplyDeleteA good first attempt at animation. Your statement is thoughtful and well reflects the overall sensibility of your project. It might have been a bit stronger to have incorporated some more fluid motion - things seem rather spotty, literally - the coming and going of parts here and there is a bit disconcerting visually. Good project all the same!
